Play in the Rain Day!

10th Annual Play in the Rain Day!

Saturday, November 11th 10am-3pm

At Mount Pisgah Arboretum

Join WREN and other members of the Youth In Nature Partnership for our 10th Annual Play in the Rain Day! Play in the Rain Day is a free community event for families of all ages to play outdoors, rain or shine, and connect with nature!

Activities Include:
Tree Climbing, Archery, Camfire Cookery, Nature Exploration / Hikes, Nature Crafts, Backcountry Horse Demos, Hayrides, Scavenger Hunts, Smokey Bear, FREE Parking courtesy of Lane County Parks.

Rivers to Ridges Accomplishments!

WREN values collaboration; for the past 15 years, we have been part of the Rivers to Ridges Partnership, a group dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in the upper Willamette Valley by working together to protect and enhance the region's land and water resources and their ecosystem functions and values. Adult and Family Programs

WREN offers a variety of educational outdoor experiences for the whole family.

In the summer we offer Family Exploration Days where you can check out a pack of guides, binoculars and other tools of exploration and get to know your local wetlands.

Our popular Wetland Wanders are year-round on the second Tuesday of every month and change location and guide every month with topics ranging from turtles to wildflowers and lichens.
