Willamette Resources & Educational Network (WREN) invites you to discover your local wetland wonderland. The West Eugene Wetlands is a marvelously diverse ecosystem that replenishes and cleanses Earth's water, as well as providing recreational and stewardship opportunities. From flora to fauna to scat, tracks, and bones, explore the unique urban-wild interface that is the West Eugene Wetlands!

Rivers to Ridges Accomplishments!

WREN values collaboration; for the past 15 years, we have been part of the Rivers to Ridges Partnership, a group dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents in the upper Willamette Valley by working together to protect and enhance the region's land and water resources and their ecosystem functions and values. Adult and Family Programs

WREN offers a variety of educational outdoor experiences for the whole family.

In the summer we offer Family Exploration Days where you can check out a pack of guides, binoculars and other tools of exploration and get to know your local wetlands.

Our popular Wetland Wanders are year-round on the second Tuesday of every month and change location and guide every month with topics ranging from turtles to wildflowers and lichens.
